Shipping

Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 Business Days via UPS Ground.

International Shipping

We can ship to most addresses worldwide however, there may be some restrictions to what products can be shipped to international destinations. Buyer is responsible for all customs, duties, taxes and brokerage fees. Those cost are separate from the shipping charge and may exceed the cost of the actual items. If an international shipment is refused in customs or at the delivery address, the buyer is responsible for the return freight in addition to the customs, duties and brokerage fees charged for the return to the United States.

Backorders

If for any reason your order can not be fulfilled, we will contact you to suggest similar items or ask you if you would like to wait to receive your order. Backorders are usually shipped within 10 business days.

Returns

All items are custom made and not eligible for returns. Please read descriptions carefully and examine photos for sizing. Feel free to contact sales@jwlsco.com with any questions before making a purchase.
